Hungry Hannah: Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bars

Now these bad boys are for when your feeling like you need a calorific pick me up! And to top it off they are super easy to whip up a batch 🙂


175g Crunchy Peanut Butter

75g Light Muscovado Sugar

6 Tbsps of Golden Syrup

175g Oats

150g Milk Chocolate


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

Melt the peanut butter, sugar and syrup  in a sauce pan on a low heat until smooth.

Remove from the heat and pour in the oats, mix all together.

Pour into a shallow tin and bake for 25 minutes.

Melt the chocolate over a low heat.

Once cooled pour over the melted chocolate and stick in the fridge until set

Once set, chop and serve.

Hungry Hannah: Mini Cheese Scones

Anyone who knows me will know that I love anything in mini form…cats, henry hoover, chocolate mini eggs and so I thought why don’t I bake some mini scones – also you can eat more of them and not feel as bad as their mini!

So these are really easy to make and very yummy. You can eat them either hot or cold, filled with butter or even some ham and salad – the possibilities are endless!
