175g Crunchy Peanut Butter
75g Light Muscovado Sugar
6 Tbsps of Golden Syrup
150g Milk Chocolate
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Melt the peanut butter, sugar and syrup in a sauce pan on a low heat until smooth.
Remove from the heat and pour in the oats, mix all together.
Pour into a shallow tin and bake for 25 minutes.
Melt the chocolate over a low heat.
Once cooled pour over the melted chocolate and stick in the fridge until set
Once set, chop and serve.
